Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Growtube platform. By registering or activating your account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Effective Date: 24 May 2026

1. Overview & Acceptance

Growtube ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") operates a digital platform that provides educational content, network tools, and performance-based remuneration to independent distributors ("Members") under a Binary Network Marketing model.

By creating an account, completing the activation payment, or accessing any feature of the Growtube platform, you ("User", "Member", or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Direct Seller Agreement, and our Income Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

To register on the Growtube platform you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a citizen or lawful resident of India.
  • Possess a valid PAN Card issued by the Income Tax Department of India.
  • Not be a current employee, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of Growtube.
  • Not be previously terminated or banned from the Growtube platform for policy violations.

Growtube reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.

3. KYC Verification & Taxation

3.1 KYC Mandatory for Payouts

All payouts — including bank withdrawals and peer-to-peer wallet transfers — require successful completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC requires submission of:

  • A government-issued photo identity document (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID).
  • A valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card.

KYC submissions are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Until KYC status is marked Approved, wallet withdrawals and P2P transfers will be blocked by the platform.

3.2 Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

Growtube is obligated to comply with the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules thereunder. Accordingly:

  • TDS will be deducted at the applicable rate on all commission and bonus payouts as required under applicable Indian tax law, including but not limited to Section 194H or Section 194R.
  • The TDS rate shall be as notified by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) from time to time.
  • TDS certificates (Form 16A) will be made available to Members within the timelines prescribed by law.
  • Members are solely responsible for filing their income tax returns and declaring all income earned through the Growtube platform.

3.3 GST

Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under the law shall be levied on platform fees and service charges. Members who are GST registered must provide their GSTIN for applicable transactions.

4. Payouts & Wallet

The Growtube digital wallet is a platform ledger only — it does not constitute a banking account, prepaid payment instrument, or financial product as defined under Indian law.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500.
  • An administrative processing fee will be deducted from each withdrawal as displayed at the time of request.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 3–7 business days following admin approval.
  • Growtube is not responsible for bank delays, incorrect bank details provided by Members, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Commission income is credited only upon successful payment capture and webhook verification.

5. Account Conduct & Termination

Growtube maintains a zero-tolerance policy on conduct that undermines the integrity of the network or the Company's reputation. The following activities constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

  • Spam & Misrepresentation: Sending unsolicited messages, making false income claims, or misrepresenting the business opportunity to prospects.
  • Cross-Sponsoring: Attempting to enrol an active Growtube Member under a different sponsor without completing a formal resignation and cooling-off period.
  • Brand Damage: Publicly disparaging Growtube, its leadership, or other Members in a defamatory or malicious manner on any public platform.
  • Pyramid Schemes: Promoting or participating in any scheme that rewards recruitment alone without a genuine product or service sale.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Attempting to game the commission engine via self-referrals, fake activations, or chargebacks.
  • Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Growtube account per individual PAN Card.

Upon termination, any pending wallet balance will be forfeited if the termination is due to policy violation. In cases of non-policy termination (e.g., voluntary resignation), the balance will be processed subject to KYC compliance and applicable TDS deductions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, course materials, training videos, and software on the Growtube platform are the exclusive property of Growtube or its licensors. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for the purpose of operating their distribution business.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Growtube intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growtube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Growtube's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the activation fee amount paid by the Member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through the Grievance Redressal process described in Section 9.
